㈜와이앤씨에서 새롭게 개발한 PET 칼라필름은 기존 칼라수지코팅 방법이 아닌 필름 속으로 색상을 집어넣어서 만든 특수한 칼라필름입니다. 내약품성 및 내구성이 매우 우수하며, 칼라수지코팅 방식과 달리, 타발과정에서 분진(이바리)이 전혀 발생하지 않습니다. 필름 두께에 관계없이 여러가지 색상을 만들 수 있으며, 원착필름과 달리 소량도 생산이 가능한 혁신적인 제품입니다. 특히, 염소(Cl)가 전혀 없는 제품입니다.
㈜와이앤씨 PET 무광필름은 내용제성이 매우 우수하므로 MEK에도 완벽하게 견딥니다. 무광코팅층의 접착력이 우수하여 박리내구성이 뛰어납니다. 무광율을 조절 할 수 있으며, 소비자의 요구에 적합한 다양한 무광율을 만들 수 있습니다. 여러가지 두께의 필름이 공급가능하며, 소량물량도 공급이 항상 가능합니다. |

YNC Co., Ltd. newly developed PET Color film which is different from previous color resin coating type film. With our new technology, we interfuse color into PET film to make PET Color Film. Our PET Color Film has excellent chemical resistance and durability. Unlike resin coating type, it does not cause any dusts during blanking process. We can produce various kinds of colors regardless of film thickness. Even more, we can produce small amount of PET color film unlike chip-dyed film. In addition, PET Color Film does not contain any Chlorine (Cl).
YNC Co., Ltd PET Matte Film is perfectly proof against strong chemical such as MEK due to its excellent chemical resistance. PET Matte film has great durability against peeling due to strong adhesion of matte coating layer. We can control the Matte degree of PET Matte Film for different kinds of demands. We can provide PET Matte Film in various kinds of thickness, and small amount can be provided as well. |
